  17. Soory but I need some help in identifying a modem.

  19. Black box DOWTY SB9629L with green LED RTS/CTS/TXD/DCD/RXD/TEST and 
  20. buttons TEST/AL/RDL/FB with a UK phone lead at the back.
  21.  
  22. I can talk to it with the serial port (LED flash) but get nothing back.  
  23. Tried AT&Z AT&W + most compuse modem setting - but nothing.  Attached to 
  24. phone line - nothing?
